Jeremy Hellickson is gone as a result of being traded to the Baltimore Orioles for OF Hyun Soo Kim, RP Garrett Cleavinger, and International Pool money.

McKenzie Mills is a highly-regarded southpaw that becomes the lowest-of-four prospects listed in their Top 30. According to MLB.com’s prospect-point system, the Phillies now have the fifth best farm system in baseball.
If the Phillies had sold off aging talent like this three-or-four years ago, they might not be in the middle of a rebuild right now. That said, they added two prospects to their Top 30 list. Looking at other relief pitcher trades, it does appear that they could have received more for Pat Neshek than what the Rockies gave them last week.
