Entertainment
A subject at the Super Bowl that is almost as popular as the game itself, is the stars that will be on hand to provide pre-game and halftime entertainment. Super Bowl LI features a whole day of entertainment and will surely feature some surprise acts as well.
Before the festivities begin, the Zac Brown Band will be performing hits such as “Knee Deep and “Chicken Fried”. During the NFL Tailgate Party, Fitz and the Tantrums, who are known for such titles as “Handclap” and “The Walker”, will be performing.

Renée Elise Goldsberry, Jasmine Cephas Jones and Phillipa Soo will be performing America the Beautiful before the National Anthem. The trios were the original Schuyler Sisters in the hit Broadway musical Hamilton. Fans of Hamilton will be delighted to see the trio on stage, as all of them are no longer in the cast for Hamilton, a popular Broadway musical that requires tickets to be bought months in advance to even view.
Excited to perform the National Anthem on @NFL's biggest stage #SB51. See y'all in Houston. pic.twitter.com/MIbk2gJbah

For the first time since Billy Joel did it in 2007, a male artist will perform the National Anthem for the Super Bowl. Country star Luke Bryan will take the honors and lead America into its favorite sporting event. Bryan is well-known for hit songs such as “I Don’t Want This Night To End” and “Drunk On You”, and will now have the honor of singing the National Anthem at the country’s greatest sporting spectacle.

This year’s halftime festivities will be highlighted by a performance from Lady Gaga. Gaga did a fantastic job at last year’s Super Bowl singing the National Anthem. Look for her to add shock value to the half time show as she is notorious for that, especially considering what she said at her Super Bowl LI press conference via CBS Sports.
“The thing is, is it’s such a big world stage in terms of how many people see it and it’s been done so many times,” Gaga said. “I think the challenge is to look at it and say, ‘What can I do differently, how can I elevate certain little things here and there and also make it about the music?'”
Joining her at halftime will be Tony Bennett, who is scheduled to introduce Lady Gaga, but it remains to be seen if he will put out any sort of performance himself. It seems highly unlikely that Lady Gaga will be the only performer, so look for a surprise performer to join Gaga at halftime.
Not into the entertainment the NFL is rolling out for the Super Bowl? There is always this alternative:
