Weekly Injury Report

Sam Bradford has been ruled out for Sunday’s game at home. The Buccaneers will instead be faced with the challenge of stopping Case Keenum. A task that was fairly simple for the Pittsburgh Steelers last week. The Vikings fell 26-9 as Keenum wasn’t able to get anything going offensively.
For the Buccaneers, LB Kwon Alexander will watch from the sidelines after being ruled inactive for Sunday’s game. The injury to one LSU-alum means more of another – rookie Kendall Beckwith will see more playing time this weekend. Five tackles last week, two for loss, have Bucs fans excited.

Ultimately, the biggest question mark heading into Sunday’s contest is the health of Vikings quarterback Sam Bradford. After aggravating his knee just moments before kickoff last week, it remains to be seen if he will be ready to go against Tampa Bay. If the Bucs defense plays half as well as they did against Chicago, Keenum could be in for a long day. Two key members of the Minnesota defense are also listed on the injury report.
On the Buccaneers defense, perhaps a little less dancing tomorrow for Gerald McCoy. His ankle may not be ready for another Fight Song Friday.
