Dean Ambrose still leaves the fans questioning his loyalty, in the last Raw before The Super Showdown

In the last Raw before The Super Showdown in Australia. The loyalty of Dean Ambrose is still questioned. Elias and Kevin Owens almost incite a riot. HBK returns to Raw to

Questions continue. Options are given.

It begins.

Dean Ambrose is interviewed by Charly Caruso. When she asks Dean about the events that went down last week. Dean goes on a rant about why his loyalty is in question. The Lunatic states the The Shield is not a business, not a brand, but a brotherhood. Shortly afterwards the Constable Baron Corbin comes out and gives Ambrose a choice. Dean can face off against Seth Rollins for the Intercontinental Championship, face off against Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship, or face off against the Monster Braun Strowman. The Lunatic Fringe chooses Strowman and its the 1st match of the night.

 Strowman wins via disqualification.

In the beginning The Monster takes control over Ambrose. However, Dean puts on a short rally before a commercial break. After the break, Strowman is back in control. Yet the Lunatic Ambrose keeps fighting back. Both men attempts their finisher, but both are countered. Dean knock Braun outside and lands a suicide dive, but Braun gets back in to the ring and land a Power Slam on Dean. The match continues this cat and mouse game, with Strowman finally landing a Power Slam on Dean. When Braun goes for a second Power Slam, Roman Reigns music hits and he and Seth Rollins attack Braun, earning Strowman the win. Corbin comes out unhappy and schedules a Drew McIntyre vs Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns vs Dolph Ziggler match.

Seth checks on Dean. Roman pins Dolph Ziggler via Spear.

After the break Seth checks on a beaten Dean. Ambrose becomes angry on how Roman and Seth interfered. Dean then tells Seth that he could have been Intercontinental Champion tonight, then storms off. Roman and Dolph start off their impromptu match, with Roman deciding to put the title up for grabs. Corbin again interrupts and says he decides when the title will be defended, this and Seth match will be both a non title match.

Both Roman and Ziggler start off trading blows. Dolph hits a nice dropkick and a locks in a chin lock to slow the match down. eventually the match spills outside with Ziggler landing a big DDT. Dolph rolls back in to the ring to break the count, Roman follows and is met with a Fameasser. After the break, Dolph puts Roman in a chin lock and sleeper, in which Roman powers out of both. Reigns then launches an offensive assault, Reigns sets up a Superman Punch, which is countered. Ziggler sets up a Super Kick, again it was countered. The counterfest ended with Roman landing a gum popping spear on Ziggler for the win.

Rowdy and Riott. Konner and B-Team on a streak?

Ronda Rousey wins over Ruby Riott via submission.

Ronda Rousey finally gets a match against a talented worker, Ruby Riott. The match starts up with the ladies locking up and the Rousey land a succession of Judo flips. Ruby retreats outside to regain composure, afterwards Ruby gains control of the match. Riott turns the match in to a brawl fight, giving Ronda something she is not used to in WWE. Ruby is in total control, until Riott goes for a Riott Kick and Rousey counters. Then The Rowdy one “Hulks” up, rips her shirt off, decimate Ruby, and locks in the armbar for the win. Better match than I would’ve thought, but I still don’t get calling Ronda the Baddest Woman On The Planet and then show her weakness.

Konner streak continues. Pinfall over Bobby Roode.

Yep, another week, and not another typo, Konner from Ascension wins again. This time over The Glorious One, Bobby Roode. Konner got the chance to display his athleticism this time with nice elbow drops. Roode again shows it is usually bad to prematurely celebrate, as well for Chad Gable. When both were celebrating/taunting, Viktor k.o’s Gable from the top of the steel steps and a distracted Roode is rolled up by Konner for a second win in a row.

B-Team wins over The Revival.

Another hard to believe win tonight, back to back no less. The B-Team is greeted with an intro, while The Revival got the “jobber” intro. Meaning they were introduced during commercial and the match started before the end of the commercials. Even though Th Revival stayed in control for most of the match with classic tag team moves. It only took a hot tag from Axel to Dallas quickly turn the match around. Dallas then was set up to receive a slingshot cannonball move from The Revival, only to put his knees up at the last second. Bo Dallas covers for the pin. The B-Team’s victory celebration is short-lived as AOP blindsided them, hitting the Super Collider and making a statement.

Questioning continues.  A riot almost ensues. New best friends.

Dean has the same thing to say. Drew McIntyre pins Seth with Claymore kick.

Roman Reigns talks to Dean backstage, which seems to make Ambrose angry again, Dean tells Reigns almost the same thing he told Seth, That he “would’ve been Universal Champion tonight” and again storms off. This may be the last straw for the Lunatic and turns heel on the Shield. The McIntyre vs Rollins match start with a quick lock up and Seth unloading on Drew. Seth knocks Drew outside the ring and follows up with a suicide dive. Every time Drew attempts an offensive move, Seth uses his quickness to counter. Eventually, Drew gains some control with an awesome Pele’ kick to Seth Rollin’s mid section, in mid-air.Afterwards Drew hits a big sidewalk slam on the ring apron on Seth.

Another commercial break and we find both men lying on the mat, without an explanation.  What follows, is an offensive mount from Seth Rollins and a nice counterfest. With Drew attempting an Alabamslama and Superplex on Seth. Yet Rollins counters both moves and ending it with statement of his power. With running across the ring and Turnbuckle Bombing Drew. Ziggler’s music hits and Drew lands a Claymore Kick on a distracted Seth for the pin. Roman Reigns comes out to help his Shield brother, but the Dogs Of War are too much. Then The Lunatic Fringe runs out with an ax handle to even up the fight. Alas, the heel trio are too much tonight taking out the Shield.

Crowd hijacks segment. Kevin Owens pins Bobby Lashley via roll up.

New BFFs Elias and Kevin Owens address the Seattle crowd and the crowd was having fun with them. Cheering them when they talked bad about Lashley and John Cena. But here where it gets bad. Elias states that pairing of Cena and Bobby is like pairing Seattle and basketball. Half the crowd took it as a fun ribbing. However, when Kevin Owens mentioned Oklahoma City, the crowd went bonkers. It was so bad that usually blacked out Elias segments had to be lit up, showing the crowd. Even Elias made a remark about the lights getting turned on. I’m sure it was for safety reasons, as the crowd became unruly, but I also am sure that Elias/Owens/and the WWE did not expect this reaction. It was so bad, that i cant even recall the segment, just the crowd hijacking it.

Lio Rush comes in to introduce Bobby Lashley and get the match started. Bobby in control with his power. However, KO quickly slows the match down. Eventually Bobby powers out of KO’s submissions and launches an offensive, with power moves left and right. Owens quickly rams Lashley in to two ring posts., but it is still not enough to keep Bobby down. Elias then attack Lio Rush, distracting Lashley and allowing Owens for a quick roll up win. Afterwards, KO and Elias attack Lashley, Lio tries to help but get clocked in mid air by Elias.

An in between match and an in the ring commercial.

Bayley pins Alica Fox via Bayley to Belly Suplex.

In the third squash match of the night. Bayley pins Fox after a Bayley to Belly Suplex. I really didn’t want to acknowledge this match but it happened. On the brightside, Fox did look strong for a while and hopefully WWE has some plans for her. As she is really under rated and is the longest tenured female performer on the WWE roster.

Promo time!

HBK Shawn Micheals makes it to the ring and explains why he is on HHH;s side. Of course, it is because they are part of the backstage Clique. However, Micaels states that it was the Undertaker that made it personal. HBK just wanted to see the Taker vs HHH “One Last Time” match as a fan, but Taker made him choose a side.

Shortly afterwards Kane arrives, then Undertaker, the both take out HBK. HHH storms down to the ring to even things up, but falls to the might of the Brothers of Destruction. Both HBK and HHH get double Chokeslammed and Taker delivers a Tombstone to HHH. Ending with the Brothers Of Destruction walking away making a statement and fist raised in the air. This is a nothing but to hype the Super Showdown in Australia and wraps up Raw tonight. Entertained? Will you tune in for the Super Showdown? Let us know!
