The Losing Streak Extends For The Bucs

The New Orleans Saints defeated the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 30-10 in a very impressive fashion.

It was evident very early that the Buccaneers would not leave New Orleans with a win, going down 9-0 after the Bucs punt was blocked and returned for a touchdown on their first drive. But that wasn’t the worst part for the Bucs’ team.

On the final drive of the first half, Jameis Winston reinjured his shoulder injury that has bugged him for multiple weeks. He was benched to start the second half and Ryan Fitzpatrick took over, but didn’t produce as much as he did when he entered versus the Cardinals back three weeks ago.

As soon as the second half started, the Bucs effort completely left the building as they were dismantled right away, eventually going down 30-3.

With tempers high, the Buccaneers two offensive stars did this:

The classless moment went viral on social media, Winston will have to answer a handful of questions as Mike Evans will be fined and more than likely suspended. Unfortunately, that was the most excitement Tampa Bay had all day.

The Bucs’ were not good in any phase today, neither offense or defense, plus the special teams also had their woes today.

Drew Brees had a field day on Tampa Bay, alongside rookie Alvin Kamara, scoring twice. For Tampa, it’s their fifth-straight loss, two-straight division losses, making near impossible to come back and make a playoff run. It’s New Orleans sixth-straight win and it’ll keep them in first place of the NFC South.

A scary moment for Bucs’ DE William Gholston as he went down with a neck injury. Gholston was carted off during the third quarter today. He was taken to a nearby hospital and is having neuro-treatment.

Tampa Bay welcomes in former QB Josh McCown. He leads the New York Jets into Raymond James next Sunday at 1pm.
