J. Scott Butherus

J. Scott Butherus is a semi-retired journalist who also serves as a national baseball correspondent for MLB.com and the spring training writer for the Associated Press. He is also the executive editor for sharkophile.com, a news site dedicated to the apex predator and teaches media and journalism courses at the local community college. He also has a day job where he gets to hang out and take pictures on a boat. Somehow he manages to raise an awesome little boy, coach t-ball, fish a lot, and find time to write some stuff here.
